Returns & exchanges

1. Time limit

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery — the period published in Terms & conditions.

2. Item condition

The item must be unused and in its original condition with its accessories. Discounted items may not be returnable unless they are defective.

3. Return shipping cost

The customer bears the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or a wrong item was sent.

4. Steps to request a return or exchange

1. Call customer service on 01150519493 or 01223719581 and state the order number, the item and the reason.
2. We confirm whether the return or exchange is possible and the return method available in your area.
3. Once the item arrives and matches the required condition, the refund is issued or the replacement is sent.

5. Exchanging for another product

If you want a different item instead of the one delivered, we clarify any price difference before sending the replacement.
