1. Delivery area
BEKO Trading Establishment delivers store orders to Egyptian governorates. Choose your governorate and enter your address at checkout, or call customer service to confirm before ordering.
2. Cost and timeframe
Shipping cost is fixed by the receiving governorate and is shown on the checkout page before you confirm the order:
- Cairo and Giza — EGP 40
- The rest of Lower Egypt, the Delta and the Canal (Alexandria, Beheira, Dakahlia, Damietta, Gharbia, Ismailia, Qalyubia, Kafr El Sheikh, Menoufia, Matrouh, Port Said, Sharqia, Suez) — EGP 70
- Upper Egypt, Sinai and the Red Sea (Aswan, Assiut, Red Sea, Beni Suef, Fayoum, South Sinai, Qena, Luxor, Minya, Sohag, North Sinai, New Valley) — EGP 100
Orders of EGP 1,500 or more ship free.
Delivery time depends on the governorate and the delivery method. You can ask about it before ordering on 01150519493.
3. Order preparation
We review and prepare your order after it is confirmed. If an item is out of stock we contact you to agree a substitute or to cancel the unavailable part of the order.
4. Receiving and payment
If you chose cash on delivery, check the item with the courier before paying. Do not accept a damaged or opened shipment without inspecting it.
5. Tracking your order
We provide shipment tracking data when the shipping company makes it available. When you ask about an order, mention the order number.
